General conditions

Article 1. Relevance

The conditions mentioned below apply to all tenders done by us and on each closed agreement on our account. Deviation of these conditions is only possible, if we have agreed in writing. If purchaser places an order he does thereby implicitly distance general (purchase) conditions used of possibly by him, as far as these conditions are conflicting with conditions mentioned below.

 Article 2. Price

All prices are VAT included (on the basis of fork regulation for art) and exclusive shipment costs, used by us.

Article 3. Delivery

We strive to deliver within 4 weeks with a maximum of 6 weeks. By exceeding this deadline we will inform the purchaser. Purchasers who do not act in the exercise of a profession or company we will offer the possibility to dissolve at exceeding of the delivery deadline agreed to our closed agreement free of charge. Possible done payments are paid back as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after dissolution to purchaser. The possibility at exceeding of the delivery deadline agreed to our closed agreement of dissolving does not apply to purchasers who act in the exercise of a profession or company. As to these purchasers the given delivery periods are never binding, so that exceeding produces of it no accountable shortcoming of us towards the purchaser.

Article 4. Not good, money back guarantied

We state that by our provided products answer to the specifications called in our offers. Purchaser wil receive a picture of the painting when it's finished and is able to pass on adjustements. If purchaser is not satisfied, we will pay back the complete purchase amount at the request of purchaser. Purchaser has to inform us about the lacks within 7 days after receiving of the photo.

Article 5. Portraits and copyrights

To all images supplied by yourself, you are responsible for possible portraits and copyrights.

We respect the intellectual copyrights or ownerships of a third party. If you think that your work has been copied or use on the Internet site in a manner which violates the copyright or trade mark, please inform us. When we receive a correct claim concerning copyrights or ownership, we will remove the products.

Article 6. Privacy

All personal data, including email address will not be sold or given to third parties.

Article 7. Remaining

All information on this site is with reservation. Colours and measures can differ in reality in comparison to the digital images.

Always check your delivery on damages, by arrival.
